Do THIS if you sit 90mins or longer a day....
It doesn't matter if you work out 3, 4... or even 7 days
It doesn't matter if you stay active every day, either.
If you sit for more than 90 minutes a day, you really
need to do this. I suggest you do this at least 2 times a week...
Seriously, what you should do is what's called "Stick-ups".
Do 2 sets of 10-12 reps.
Let me warn you... if you skip doing these at least a couple of times a
week, you could end up having the "hunched over" look.
The good news is you could reverse this hunched over look by
doing the Stick-ups consistently.
